is diffbot being actively developed? i posted a few issues last week but haven't heard anything about them and it seems the last time someone from diffbot responded was back on June 9th. I have another 50+ issues but I am hesitant to spend the time documenting them if there isn't going to be any further development or feedback from development. I guess we'll keep looking for a solution.

yes, diffbot is being actively developed by a small team in palo alto. (we even just had a developer event on just a few days ago: http://www.diffbot.com/blog).
most of our developers do not have accounts for our older reader product (now used as a technology demo) so the support site (which was used for the reader product) gets overlooked unfortunately.
i've sent you a private message with further details on how you can contact us for now (until we build out a better support platform for our active developers).
