it seems to take a long time to add a new source

does this happen for every source you add?

are we talking about 50 seconds, or 5 minutes?

well, it takes about a minute or so, but the add new source screen doesn't pop up. it just thinks for a while and then it stops. i have to click on the ff a second time and then the screen pops up.

click on the 'ff'?

we don't have anything like that on the website. perhaps you are using an older unsupported plugin?

So how are you suppose to add a new source to diffbot if you don't click on the ff?

there are three ways currently.

1) on the search bar, type in the complete URL, and one of the choices that auto-appears is the ability to add a source
2) on your home dashboard, there is a link called "+follow a new source", click that
3) go to 'diffbot.com/follow'
