what delay were you experiencing? earlier you said you were not allowed to add tags, but now you are saying there is a delay when adding tags.

i'm a bit confused, perhaps it would be best if you restated in more detail what the problem is. it's difficult for me to fix any of the problems you are experiencing till i know exactly what it is.
